Turkey usually turns out to be two trips inside one. There is the coast, with a hotel and a fortnight of sea, and there is Istanbul with its mosques, ferries and the Bosphorus at dusk, and then Cappadocia, where the balloons rise before sunrise and everyone takes the same photograph.

Because those parts look nothing alike, the book benefits from being split into clear blocks rather than run chronologically. Give the coast its own stretch, Istanbul another, Cappadocia a third, and put a title spread with the date at the start of each. We print in 20×30 cm on 170 gsm coated paper, hard cover, twelve to eighty pages.
