France is rarely only Paris, even when the trip was only Paris. There is the city itself, and then there is everything the city leads to: Normandy and its coast, the châteaux of the Loire, lavender in Provence and the Côte d Azur where the light changes completely.

A book about France works best when the text carries as much weight as the photographs. Street names, the café you kept returning to, the day it rained the whole afternoon — those lines are what you will read in ten years, not the caption on another landmark.

We print in 20×30 cm on 170 gsm coated paper with a hard cover, twelve to eighty pages.
